Yes, we do provide customizations and personalization of all the products and services that we offer currently. But we can also provide standard products and services if need be (specially useful for bulk requirements) along with new requests (outside of our standard catalogue, depending on your membership level).

Absolutely, please let us know what you are looking for and we'll evaluate it on priority if we delivery it to your expectations or not. We usually take about 2-3 business days to evaluate any special requests (simpler requests are confirmed within same day you raise a query with us, if we receive it before 7pm IST). More complex request may take additional time but we'll come back with an update once you connect with us.

We have made a few catalogue items available for you explore that can be paid for upfront but for most of our products and services we have a trust based fee structure where you provide part of the fee upfront and then the rest on completion/delivery. This way we also get to show you our commitment to the quality of our products and services. For booking a service initiation, we do charge a Shagun amount of  ₹1 for an auspicious start to our relationship for that particular service (also helps us avoid spammers and people who aren't really serious as customization and personalization is premium service that requires us to invest a lot of time and effort on every individual customer).

While we cater to serve our customers to the maximum extent possible, there certain limitations though. We do NOT entertain any illegal requirements. We reserve the right to refuse if any personalization / customization requirement that is deemed to be inappropriate. In addition, some requirements may not be feasible or fully realizable. There may be time, resource or other constraints. Having said this, we keep adding more services to our standard catalogue on a continual basis and also try to do our best to take any new custom requirement and deliver the best experience possible.

We believe in a fully transparent and honest system. Everything get documented and agreed upon mutually. In case there's a miss from our side we make appropriate refunds as well. Rest assured, your experience is of paramount importance to us.

We believe in working with utmost ethical and moral policies. If you do not receive an official confirmation of the scope of services being provided then very likely it may be a fraudulent actor. Please report them IMMEDIATELY to us here. Everything is officially well documented including the charges/fees and deliverables. Please do NOT engage with anyone outside of our official channels.
